Shipping Policy

Privee Couture Collection delivers to any addresses in the UK (excluding Channel Islands). All orders are sent through ROYAL MAIL.

We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as we can. However, please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer at the moment as our staff are working shorter shifts and our couriers are operating with a reduced service.


Standard Delivery | FREE on all orders

3-5 working days to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses
3-5 working days to Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands, excluding Channel Islands


Next Day Delivery | £6.95 - Free for orders over £60

Delivery between 7:30am to 5pm

Return & Exchange Policy

It is Privee Couture Collection's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund to the original debit card, credit card or PayPal for any unopened perfume bought on that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.


Returns can only be accepted where perfumes are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used perfumes.

Privee Couture Collection will check and verify each and every perfume before shipping. If an error has occurred e.g. if the perfume is broken or faulty, the product must be returned within 7 days. 


Please note that we do not arrange for the return unless we have sent the incorrect product. A full refund will be issued in the circumstance that you do not want to exchange the product and refund may take 5 working days to clear in your account.

To return any items, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the perfumes as anything damaged in the post due to insufficient packaging may receive no refund. Don't forget to include a note with your order number, name and address along with your reason for returning inside your returned package. Failure to include your details, may result in your refund or exchange being delayed.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us. It is your responsibility to keep the proof of postage as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Once we have received your returned parcel then we will organise your refund or replacement for you and contact you regarding this.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to being undelivered after one or more attempts, if it is not collected from a named collection point, or if the address was incorrect, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Please note if you paid any shipping for your order you will not receive a refund for this amount.

If you wish to return your parcel after the money back period for whatever reason or there is an issue with the package you received then please Contact Us at the earliest possible time.
